Laidlaw Carriers – Reefer Division
Laidlaw Carriers is currently seeking experienced AZ Drivers to join our Reefer Division. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy being on the road and are comfortable staying in the truck 4–6 days at a time. This is not a home-daily position.

Compensation
- $0.55 per mile
- $0.02 per mile premium on all dispatched reefer miles
- $0.07 per mile Seaboard premium
- 8,000–10,000 miles per month (current driver average)

Requirements
- Valid AZ driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable AZ experience
- Experience with reefer operations preferred
- Clean driver abstract and CVOR
- Comfortable with cross-border and multi-day runs
This Role May Not Be a Fit If:
- You do not meet the 2-year experience requirement
- You are not comfortable being out 4–6 days at a time
- You are not ready to start in the near future
