Excel Towing is currently seeking a reliable and professional Weekend Overnight Dispatcher to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Saturday overnight shifts
- Sunday overnight shifts
- Part-time position
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and dispatch requests
- Coordinate drivers and assign calls efficiently
- Enter customer and vehicle information accurately
- Communicate with customers, police, roadside assistance providers, and drivers
- Monitor calls and prioritize emergency situations
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience is an asset
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
