Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial cleaning settings. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Must have a car
Skills
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organizational skills and time management abilities
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude toward work responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.60-$20.00 per hour
