Position Summary
HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Senior Logistics Specialist to lead and optimize our ERP-driven logistics operations. This role is ideal for a professional with deep experience in ERP systems, data integrity, and process improvement, who can bridge the gap between logistics operations and technology.
As a senior team member, you will own and enhance the performance of our logistics ERP (TRAX), drive system-related projects, and ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable supply chain processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Ownership & Optimization
- Own and manage all logistics-related ERP functions, including order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all ERP modules and workflows
- Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and improvement
- Lead ERP enhancements, configuration updates, and continuous system optimization initiatives
Systems Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead ERP-related projects, including process redesign, workflow optimization, and system enhancements
- Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to translate operational requirements into system solutions
- Support implementation of new features, tools, or integrations within the ERP ecosystem
- Drive standardization and scalability of logistics processes through system-based solutions
Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on inventory, order status, and logistics KPIs
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and audit requirements
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on system data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between logistics, warehouse, and IT teams for ERP-related initiatives
- Collaborate with operations to ensure ERP reflects real-time inventory and transactional accuracy
- Support supplier, customer, and internal coordination through system-driven workflows
Training & System Adoption
- Train and support end users on ERP processes, workflows, and best practices
- Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for system usage
- Promote adoption of best practices to ensure consistent and efficient system utilization
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or ERP-focused roles
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (TRAX or similar) in a logistics environment
- Proven experience managing ERP-driven logistics workflows and data integrity
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Preferred
- Experience leading ERP or systems implementation / optimization projects
- Familiarity with logistics, inventory control, and supply chain data structures
- Certification in ERP systems or supply chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT teams on system improvements

Hourly Pay Range: $37-$42
