Meadow Hill Staffing is recruiting Auto Body Technicians for top-rated collision repair shops in Vaughan, Woodbridge, and surrounding York Region areas. Our partner shops are well-established, well-equipped, and looking for skilled technicians to join long-term.
We're hiring Body Techs, Collision Repair Technicians, and Refinishers at all experience levels — from apprentices to senior journeypersons.
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose collision damage and develop repair plans
- Replace and repair body panels, frames, and structural components
- Perform welding (MIG, resistance, aluminum)
- Use frame measuring and pulling equipment (Car-O-Liner, Chief, or similar)
- Prep vehicles for refinishing
- Comply with shop quality standards and customer expectations
- Document repairs accurately
Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:
- 310Q Auto Body Repairer C of Q
- Red Seal endorsement
- I-CAR certifications (any level — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
- OEM certifications (Tesla, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, etc.)
- Mitchell, Audatex, or CCC ONE experience
- 3+ years in a collision repair environment
- Apprenticeship registration if not yet certified
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented with strong technical skills
- Comfortable with both traditional and modern repair techniques
- Familiar with high-end vehicles (some shops specialize in European and luxury)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player who can also work independently
