Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, providing essential maintenance and repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair, and be capable of reading schematics and construction plans. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation and efficiency
- Perform maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Conduct plumbing and welding tasks as needed for system repairs or upgrades
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues
- Repair or replace boilers, appliances, and mechanical components in various settings
- Assist with construction or renovation projects involving HVAC infrastructure
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and parts used
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Construction experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues
- Mechanic experience or background in related trades such as plumbing or construction preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Valid certification or license related to HVAC or mechanical trades is required
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
