We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional weight loss and basic massage services and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients by offering personalized treatments and expert advice on which weight loss treatment is most suitable for them.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
- Engage with clients to understand their situation needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques.
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests by providing excellent guest services and hospitality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.
Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must. English and Cantonese is a bonus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey treatment options and product benefits.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Experience in retail sales, with an emphasis on upselling products during client interactions.
