TAHA College is seeking a Financial Aid Officer to support student financial services and enrollment operations. The successful candidate will assist students with financial aid processing, tuition payment plans, and funding documentation, while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and providing excellent student services support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on financial aid options, student funding, and payment plans
- Support students through financial aid application and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate student financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with education administration and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Admissions and Student Services teams to support enrollment
- Deliver professional customer service in an educational environment
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and student information systems (SIS/CRM) for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Education Administration
- Experience in financial aid, admissions support, or student services preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a private career college or post-secondary environment
