Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Pharmasave team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Punjabi, possesses strong communication and analysis skills, and has experience in sales and upselling. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and records
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and improve overall service quality
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Punjabi required; additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated sales experience, including upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
