Otherwise known as extremely happy customers. We currently have a position available for a Warehouse Manager.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team in the vinyl fencing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing vinyl fencing materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick vinyl fencing products and hardware from detailed packing lists
- Prepare and package orders for multiple shipping methods, ensuring correct quantities and product quality
- Safely handle long and bulky materials
- Load and unload shipments manually and with a forklift
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and keep track of rough running inventory quantities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Willingness to learn and operation a CNC routing machine for material customization
- Take full responsibility for the warehouse, lead and motivate a team
- Room to grow into further responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Previous CNC machine experience preferred but not necessary
- Experience handling building materials (especially fencing or lumber) is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working with large, awkward, or oversized materials.
- Basic math and English reading skills for order accuracy is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)

Salary & Benefits
- $55,000 - $60,000 / year
