Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for ingredients or supplies to the head chef
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to health and safety standards
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and service
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and culinary techniques across various cuisines
- Ability to serve dishes efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in professional cooking environments
- Good organizational skills with an eye for detail in food presentation and portion control
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
