Role Description
We are committed to providing exceptional patient care while maintaining an organized and supportive work environment. We are currently
looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, reports, systems, and administrative processes while supporting daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reports and business data
- Support bookkeeping and administrative functions
- Assist with tracking financial information and clinic performance metrics
- Organize and maintain office systems and records
- Coordinate administrative processes and daily operations
- Support scheduling, communication, and internal documentation
- Work closely with management to improve organization and efficiency
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping, business analysis, or office coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly systematic, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience with bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
