FineLine Tube Products, Inc. is a growing manufacturer located in Upper Brookside, Nova Scotia, with over 20 years of experience producing high-quality automotive components. We specialize in brake, fuel, and transmission lines.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, full-time Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This position is scheduled for day shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4PM.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate CNC bending and production equipment (training provided)
· Set up various machines and make sure parts coming off are in spec.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process
· Cross-train and work in multiple roles within the facility, with a positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of production.
Note: This role does not require heavy lifting (all items are under 10 lbs).
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
· Comfortable using computers; some machines are computerized, and you will record daily production in a production/inventory system.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience in manufacturing or a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Forklift or hand tool experience
Training & Work Environment
We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training and cross-training across multiple areas of the facility - no prior experience needed.
Pay:
Starts at $20.00/hr + based on experience
