SCHEDULE:

32 hours per week

Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesday- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Wednesday- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday- 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (only when needed)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-
1-year minimum Dental Administrator experience is required
-
Experience with dental practice management software such as ABELDent is considered an asset

Confident individual with strong phone and people skills
-
Must have a good command of the English language, strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with being able to multi-task

Team member will be performing tasks including general reception duties: answering phones, booking appointments, submitting treatments, following up with insurance companies and collecting fees.

Communicating the value of dental treatment and establishing relationships with patients in order to help them in making the best decisions for their oral health

Outgoing and positive personality, able to provide excellent customer service to patients
