Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Hardwood Flooring Production Worker you’ll support the production process by sorting, stacking, and preparing lumber and finished flooring. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn new skills, advance into higher-skill positions, and grow with the company as you gain experience.
Responsibilities
- Sort and inspect lumber and finished flooring for quality and grade
- Stack and organize materials safely and efficiently
- Prepare material for next stages of production (labeling, staging, simple measurements)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow shop safety procedures
- Assist co-workers and supervisors as needed to meet production goals
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality; maintain consistent attendance
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Able to perform physical work (lifting, standing, bending) in a manufacturing environment
- No previous flooring experience required—on-the-job training provided
Compensation/ Benefits
-Starting Pay: $21/hr
