Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for a Journeyperson Millwright or Electrician to join our Maintenance team in Vonda, SK. As part of this role, you will support the Highline Manufacturing team and provide maintenance and repair services for a variety of facilities and production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment and grounds to ensure safe reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Plan and complete maintenance work efficiently with minimal disruption to operations.
- Support and execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Communicate and coordinate work with internal teams and suppliers to source parts and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician
- In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication equipment (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, forklifts, etc.).
- Effective problem-solving skills, including a high degree of analytical thought and creativity.
- Very good understanding of electrical systems/electronics.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Positive attitude showing a strong desire to learn and improve.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on a wide variety of tasks.

Wage Range
$35.00 - $45.00 – Wage is dependent on experience and Journeyman designation.
