Little Koala Montessori Academy is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Educator/Montessori Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of Junior Kindergarten (3-5 years old) and Montessori experience and the following qualifications:
The teacher applicant shall hold a valid Early Childhood Educator License:
- AMS/AMI Montessori Credential Preferred
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Valid Criminal Record Check
- 3 Reference Letters
The teacher applicant shall possess organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, flexibility, enthusiasm for early childhood, a positive outlook and attitude, and a willingness to work with all children.
The teacher applicant shall be knowledgeable in early childhood, learning theories, teaching strategies and have training in classroom management and guidance.
The teacher applicant shall be professional in appearance, manner and attitude. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, 2 weeks paid holiday, the company paid Group benefit, in-house Montesssori training, Paid Pro D, and staff child care discount.

Salary range indicated includes BC $6 per hour ECE Wage Enhancement.
Pay: $29.00-$33.00 per hour
