Billy's Bodega & Sandwiches is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and preparing fresh, high-quality food, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, dining space, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies throughout the day.
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system. (Square)
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
