Osmow’s Inc. is a fast-growing, award-winning restaurant brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting our franchise partners. We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Corporate Restaurant Trainer to join our Operations team.
Role Overview:
As a Corporate Restaurant Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in new restaurant openings, training both new and existing franchisees, and ensuring all team members meet our high standards. This hands-on role combines leadership, training, and operational support to help our franchise network succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in-restaurant and virtual training programs for corporate and franchise staff.
- Ensure all trainees meet company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Reinforce brand principles and elevate the guest experience.
- Conduct technical training, certifications, and evaluations for new employees and franchisees.
- Maintain training calendars, materials, and documentation.
- Mentor and provide feedback to team members and trainees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver training resources.
- Support restaurant openings, including weekend and extended-period travel.
- Assist in R&D for new products, tastings, and kitchen tests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Foodservice Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
- Flexible with travel and schedule, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience developing training materials and curriculum is preferred.

Compensation & Posting Details (2026 ESA Compliant)
- Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
