Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Technician specializing in metal and gold work to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and fabricating high-quality dental prosthetics, including e.max, full gold crowns, metal frameworks (ready for porcelain application), and PFM crowns. Your precision and craftsmanship will directly contribute to exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret dental prescriptions, models, and specifications accurately
- Design and fabricate dental prosthetics including e.max, full gold crowns, PFM crowns, and metal frameworks
- Prepare and finish metal frameworks for porcelain application
- Select and utilize appropriate materials and equipment for each case
- Ensure precision, fit, and function through strict quality control standards
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with dentists and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment
- Stay current with advancements in dental materials and fabrication techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Technician, specifically in metal/gold work and PFM restorations
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and lab processes
- Proficiency in reading dental prescriptions and working independently on complex cases
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and craftsmanship
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
