Overview
We are looking for someone with cooking experience. Our menu is small and easy to learn, however experience is an asset.
Major responsibilities will include taking orders with customers, coooking menu items, prepping and cleaning.
Duties
- Daily food truck operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food delivery
- Food handlers certificate needed
- Manage POS transactions using Micros POS or similar systems, including cash handling and sales reporting
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the truck at all times in accordance with health regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles such as hotel or barista experience is preferred
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with square pos systems or similar cash handling technology
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and best practices for health and safety
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in restaurant or kitchen environments is highly desirable
