Romaya Law Corporation is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer with foreclosure experience who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn substantial income through a combination of contingency-based debt recovery files and high-value hourly foreclosure matters.
This is not a traditional associate position.
We already have a significant volume of active files and are looking for a lawyer who can step in, manage litigation strategy, attend hearings when required, and move matters efficiently toward resolution.

The Ideal Candidate
You are:
- A practicing lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Experienced in civil litigation
- Experienced in foreclosure proceedings in British Columbia
- Comfortable managing files independently
- Efficient, practical, and solutions-focused
- Interested in maximizing earnings through performance-based compensation
Compensation
We are open to creative compensation structures, including:
- Percentage of collected legal fees
- Percentage of contingency recoveries
- Hourly compensation for foreclosure files
