Role Overview
The Service Advisor is the front office leader and a critical part of our operation.
This role requires mental toughness, professionalism, accountability, and strong decision-making.
This is not an entry-level role and not a temporary position.
Selection & Evaluation Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 3-day unpaid evaluation/training period
- This period is used to assess:
- Communication and customer handling
- Ability to work under pressure
- Learning speed and accuracy
- Professional conduct
- Only candidates who meet our standards will receive a formal job offer and 5-year contract

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and communicate with customers
- Accurately write and manage repair orders
- Clearly explain repairs, timelines, and costs
- Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and management
- Take full ownership of front-office operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional front office

Requirements
- Permanent authorization to work in Canada (no expiry)
- Willingness to sign a 5-year employment contract
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Customer service experience (automotive experience preferred)
- Computer and POS system proficiency
- Professional appearance and attitude
