We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Mechanical & Electrical Services Lead/Manager to support our maintenance operations, automation systems and equipment management, and site activities within our manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and oversee the Maintenance department and daily operations.
- Lead mechanical assembly activities including skid packages and auto strainers.
- Coordinate site operations, contractors, and project activities.
- Oversee equipment management, maintenance scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and support mechanical and electrical systems.
- Supervise and support maintenance staff while driving accountability and performance.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Support preventative maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide hands-on support with industrial robotics, automation systems, jigs, fixtures, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Assist with setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of robotic and automated production systems.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong leader with 3–7 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
- Someone who can effectively manage both people and operations.
- Experience working with industrial robotics, automation systems, jigs, fixtures, sensors, conveyors, and automated equipment.
- A proactive problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills.
- An individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A team-oriented professional focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Licensed Millwright or Electrician certification.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Experience managing maintenance teams and site operations.
- Experience managing fabrication or weld shop maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics, automation controls, PLC systems, jigs, fixtures, and automated production equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
