Job Overview
Saskatoon Kwik Dry Total Cleaning is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team as a casual contractor. This is not standard janitorial work — our technicians provide specialized deep-cleaning services in residential and commercial settings, including carpet, upholstery, air ducts, dryer vents, tile & grout, wood floors, and mattresses.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and mattress cleaning
- Provide air duct and dryer vent cleaning using specialized equipment
- Clean and restore tile & grout and wood flooring
- Safely transport, set up, and operate cleaning equipment at job sites
- Carry equipment up and down stairs as required (up to 70 lbs)
- Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
- Explain services to customers and answer basic questions professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling of tools and machinery
- Report any equipment issues or supply needs to management
Skills
- Experience in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or restoration services is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 70lbs and climbing stairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between job sites
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results
- Friendly, professional communication skills with customers
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly
