Edmonton Marketing Solutions Incorporated is an authorized Rogers dealer hiring a Rogers Representative to support in-home customer acquisition of Rogers internet, TV, and bundled connectivity services across the Edmonton metro area.
This role focuses on direct customer engagement and in-home sales conversations, helping households understand available Rogers service options and complete enrollment.
Responsibilities of the Rogers Representative
- Connect with customers to launch sales conversations about how Rogers Ignite Internet eliminates WiFi dead zones for the whole family.
- Present service packages clearly based on household needs and eligibility
- Simplify the home tech experience by bundling all three Rogers services into one easy-to-understand and affordable sales agreement.
- Complete the enrollment paperwork, taking the stress out of switching providers for busy local customers.
- Complete customer enrollment and documentation accurately during the sales process
Qualifications of the Rogers Representative
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
- Dedication to learning Rogers product details to ensure accurate recommendations.
- A straightforward communication style that simplifies Rogers' solutions for customers.
- Competitive, self‑driven personality with the determination to consistently surpass performance expectations.
