Food Service Shift Supervisor / Full Time
Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor in each location will contribute to the overall success of the store by assisting the management team to effectively achieve store objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understands completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
- Performs cash management responsibilities and ensures compliance by Team Members to all safety and security procedures as defined by Little Caesars.
- Prepares and ensures consistent, high quality products are served to customers according to Little Caesars customer service standards.
- Displays the proper image and follows Little Caesars policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
- Assist in achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
- Completes all daily paperwork neatly and accurately and as directed by management.
- Follows all procedures associated with opening and closing the restaurant.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Have previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or a position involving customer service.
- Be customer service oriented.
- Possess excellent verbal communication.
- Be dependable, responsible, hard working and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Possess basic math calculations.
