Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement CyberArk PAM solutions across enterprise environments
- Develop and customize CyberArk components including Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)Privileged Session Manager (PSM PSMSSH)Onboard privileged accounts, service accounts, and application accounts
- Develop custom plugins, REST API integrations, and automation scripts
- Implement password rotation, credential checkout, and session recording Integrate CyberArk with IAM, CIAM, and IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Azure AD, LDAP)Support PAM lifecycle management and privileged access workflows
- Troubleshoot CyberArk platform issues and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in PAM upgrades, patching, and platform hardening
- Ensure PAM solutions align with security frameworks and compliance requirements (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC)
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams
- Create technical documentation, onboarding standards, and operational runbooks
- Provide Level3 support and mentor junior engineers"
