M Property Management Group is looking for a reliable and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team in Summerside. The role involves installing various types of flooring in residential properties, including renovations and new installations.
Responsibilities:
- Install flooring materials such as vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
- Prepare subfloors and ensure proper leveling
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete jobs efficiently and with attention to detail
Requirements:
- Previous experience in flooring installation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Own tools preferred
- Strong workmanship and reliability
Compensation:
Payment will be decided based on experience and project scope.
