Niakwa Country Club is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for the 2026 season.

Requirements:
We are looking for our kitchen staff to be passionate and enthusiastic while providing guests with exceptional food quality. Good Line/Prep cooks are able to handle fast paced, high demand food preparation of a variety of dishes, all while maintaining and exceeding our food quality standards.
Essential skills and responsibilities:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience cooking with fresh ingredients and from scratch preparations
- Be able to work early mornings and/or late nights, weekends, holidays
- Excellent knife skills and ability to use standard kitchen tools and equipment
- Be able to work for extended periods on your feet
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs above waist height
- Great sense of cleanliness and organization, complying with all hygiene regulations
- Be able to follow recipes and directions from the executive chef and sous chefs
- Be able to perform tasks under little supervision successfully
- Ability to work as a team and help foster a strong team focused work place
Remuneration and start date:

Job Duties:
- Prepping and setting line for service
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Work with the team to execute breakfast/lunmch/dinner/banquet services
