Role Overview:
iVedha is hiring Salesforce Technical Consultants to support the growth of its Salesforce AI-Native Practice across Toronto (HQ), LATAM, and Asia. This role focuses on enterprise Service Cloud implementation, AI-driven automation using Agentforce, lifecycle governance, and DevOps enablement through iVedha’s platforms (Forcenex, ServiceNEX, Nexa).
The ideal candidate brings strong Apex and LWC development experience, deep understanding of Service Cloud, and hands-on exposure to integrations and automation. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development by contributing to AI augmentation, operational optimization, and building an intelligent Salesforce operating layer.
Professionals comfortable working in a hybrid global delivery model and interested in AI-enabled Salesforce transformation will thrive in this position.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Engineering
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Develop using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations
- Implement scalable data models and security design
- Configure Admin tools including profiles and permission sets
Salesforce Agentforce Implementation
- Configure and extend Salesforce Agentforce capabilities
- Design AI-assisted workflows such as case summarization, intelligent routing, AI-generated responses, and knowledge recommendations
- Align Agentforce with operational governance.
- Measure productivity uplift from AI augmentation.
Nexa Agentic Augmentation (AskNexa.ai)
- Deploy AI Admin Agents and Case Support Assistants
- Implement Release Risk Analysis and Workflow Optimization Agents
- Embed governance and audit automation agents
- Support AI augmentation initiatives using Nexa / AskNexa.ai.
DevOps & Lifecycle Governance
- Implement CI/CD for Salesforce
- Manage environments and release safety
- Reduce deployment risks
- Build release observability
- Support DevOps tooling such as Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps.
Post-Go-Live Automation
- Optimize case workflows
- Automate ticket routing
- Reduce manual administrative overhead
- Improve SLA performance
- Reduce long-term support costs
Requirements:
Required Experience
- 5 to 10+ years Salesforce technical experience
- Strong experience in Service Cloud
- Strong Apex development expertise
- Hands-on experience with LWC
- Experience with Salesforce Admin tools
- Experience with Flows and automation
- Experience with integrations and APIs
- Exposure to DevOps tooling such as Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps
Highly Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce
- Experience with AI-powered Salesforce features
- Prompt engineering inside Salesforce
- AI-assisted automation design experience
- Experience integrating AI platforms
- Experience working with data pipelines such as Databricks and Airflow
- Salesforce certifications such as PD1, PD2, or Service Cloud.
