Your Role:
- Create impactful Programs: Develop and implement age-appropriate programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth
- Lead with Joy: Tell stories, sing songs, and engage children in creative play and exploration
- Observe and Support: Identify learning or behavioral needs and collaborate with parents and team members to support each child's success.
- Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with families, co-workers, and community partners to create a supportive environment for children.
- Stay Organized: Manage records, attend staff meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Good English oral and written communication (required)
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional awareness
- Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Education: AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in early childhood education (required)
- Language: Good English oral and written communication skills required (French not required)
