B&J GLOBAL INC is a growing logistics and warehousing company based in Mississauga. We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to support and oversee daily warehouse operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on warehouse experience who are ready to take on more responsibility and step into a leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Support inventory control and ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with team members in Mandarin and English
- Ensure warehouse procedures and safety standards are followed
- Assist in training and guiding warehouse staff
- Support operational efficiency and workflow improvements
Requirements
- Mandarin speaking is required
- Basic English communication skills required
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is an asset
