Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company guidelines
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies
Experience
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of POS systems or cash handling is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously with professionalism
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
