Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business plan for the assigned territory
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with industrial customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and present technical solutions
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Close sales and effectively manage objections
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Promote HYTORC products and recommend value‑added solutions
- Maintain strong visibility within the territory and market
- Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and conference calls

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong prospecting and business‑development skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
Language Requirements
- English required
- French considered an asset, but not required
Location & Travel
- Operating area includes Sarnia, London, Windsor, and surrounding Southwestern Ontario communities
- Frequent travel throughout the operating area required
Compensation Disclosure
Expected compensation range: $80,000 – $115,000 CAD annually (commission‑based)
