Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in a small manufacturing environment, manufacturing concrete materials.
This position is Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30pm
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are packaged according to industry standards. Mechanical knowledge will be beneficial in this position.
Please note, this position can be physically demanding with repetitive moments.

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process.
- Package finished products efficiently while adhering to quality control measures.
- Prepare products as per specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the production line.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Operate forklift as needed for production material handling, and shipping/receiving
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs consistently
- Ability to follow written instruction
- This position requires no facial hair due to mask guidelines
- Forklift certification is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
