In manufacturing, maintenance reliability doesn't start when a technician picks up a wrench.
It starts long before that.
The right parts need to be available. Work orders need to be accurate. Preventative maintenance needs to be planned. Safety requirements need to be identified. Records need to stand up to audits. When those pieces aren't managed properly, downtime increases, costs rise, and compliance risks follow.
As a Maintenance Planning & Inventory Coordinator at WDP Processing, you'll be responsible for maintaining the systems, inventory, and coordination processes that support safe, compliant, and reliable plant operations. Working closely with Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, Safety, and Quality, you'll ensure work orders are properly structured, materials are available when needed, and maintenance activities are supported by accurate records and strong planning.
This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing organization to complex environments and understands that strong maintenance execution starts with strong preparation.
