Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietitian to join our primary care team. This role involves providing personalized nutritional guidance and support to patients, helping them achieve their health goals through evidence-based dietary interventions. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients during clinic visits
- Develop individualized nutrition plans tailored to each patient's health conditions and lifestyle
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate nutritional care into overall treatment plans
- Document patient interactions and progress accurately using electronic medical records systems
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust nutrition strategies as needed
- Provide support and resources for patients managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or obesity
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote nutritional awareness and wellness initiatives
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; registration with relevant professional bodies preferred
- Prior experience working in a primary care or outpatient setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and basic computer operation skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of current dietary guidelines and evidence-based practices in nutrition therapy

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
