Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Server/Bartender with leadership potential to join our team. Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of food and drinks according to health regulations
- Contribute to the business through building regulars, promoting products, and catering to the guest's overall experience
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar stations and dining spaces
- Assist in training new staff members and supporting team members during busy shifts
- Uphold food industry standards for service quality, safety, and hospitality excellence
- Demonstrate effective time management to ensure prompt service during high-volume periods
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially with serving and bartending roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
