About the Role
Robertson Mfg. Ltd. is seeking a Carpentry Laborer to support our woodworking and manufacturing operations.
This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on carpentry or woodworking experience who enjoy working with
wood products, tools, and equipment in a structured production environment. We provide on-the-job training,

management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform carpentry-related labor tasks including cutting, trimming, and preparing lumber and plywood
Assist with pre-assembly of wood components and finished products
Accurately measure materials using tape measures and basic math skills
Operate woodworking tools and equipment such as saws and cutting tools
Stack, organize, and handle materials safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
Previous carpentry or woodworking experience preferred
Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, shop environments
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Ability to read measurements accurately and perform basic calculations
Strong attention to detail and quality
Physically capable of manual labor tasks
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Must currently reside in the Kamloops area
