Overview
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Stucco & Plasterer and Experienced Sider & Eavestrough Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in exterior stucco systems, plastering, repairs, and finishing work, and has hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial siding installations, eavestrough systems, soffit, fascia, and exterior finishing work. You will work on residential and commercial projects throughout Red Deer and nearby communities.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces and apply stucco, acrylic, EIFS, and traditional plaster systems
- Perform patching, repairs, and refinishing on existing stucco
- Mix and apply materials using trowels, floats, sprayers, and other tools
- Install building paper, foam, wire mesh, trims, and corner beads
- Install vinyl, metal, Hardie board, and other exterior siding products
- Install, repair, and replace eavestroughs, downspouts, soffit, and fascia
- Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Safely operate equipment and follow site safety procedures
Skills/Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in stucco, plastering, or related trades
- Strong knowledge of stucco systems (conventional & acrylic)
- Ability to match textures and complete repair work
- 1-2+ years of siding and eavestrough installation experience
- Strong knowledge of exterior finishing materials and installation techniques
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Reliable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Must have own transportation to job sites
- Valid drivers license
