Head of Growth (90-Day Contract)
Overview
We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales operator to lead pipeline generation and early-stage client acquisition at Eleventh Letter. This role is best suited for someone who has experience selling services, not products.
This role is focused on one core outcome:
Generating qualified conversations with established brands and converting them into strategy calls.
You’ll be responsible for opening doors, starting meaningful conversations, and building a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities.
This is not a high-volume sales role. It requires precision, strong communication, and an understanding of how to engage brands thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation (Primary Focus)
- Research and identify aligned brands (lifestyle, e-commerce, design-led)
- Execute targeted outreach across Instagram, email, LinkedIn, and partnerships
- Initiate conversations with founders and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Lead Qualification & Booking
- Manage early-stage conversations
- Qualify leads based on fit, readiness, and alignment
- Book strategy calls for our core offer (Strategic Brand & Content Sprint)
Sales Support
- Support initial calls where relevant
- Collaborate with internal team on positioning and pitch direction
- Assist in moving opportunities toward close (with senior team support)
Pipeline Tracking & Optimization
- Track outreach, responses, and conversion metrics
- Identify patterns in messaging and targeting
- Continuously refine approach based on performance
What This Role Is Not
- Not a high-volume cold calling role
- Not responsible for delivering client work
This role is focused on creating consistent, high-quality pipeline.
Goal of the Role (90 Days)
- Generate consistent weekly conversations with qualified brands
- Book 10–15 strategy calls
- Contribute to 1–2 new client wins
- Build a repeatable outreach and pipeline rhythm
Who You Are
- Strong background in sales, partnerships, or client acquisition
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
- Able to identify opportunities quickly and communicate value clearly
- Interested in or experience working within a creative/marketing environment
- Strategic thinker—not just executing scripts, but understanding context
- Familiarity with social media, branding, or content marketing
- Understanding of lifestyle or e-commerce brands
