•prépare les commande spéciale, glacer et décore les gâteau et pâtisserie.
•Préparation des commandes et assurer une excellente qualité dans toute l'offre de desserts.
Décorez les pâtisseries et les desserts en utilisant différents types de glaçages, garnitures, etc. et assurez-vous que la présentation des aliments sera belle et excitante.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Patisserie(ere) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- manufacture of pastry products; preparation creams for cake, assembling cakes .
- prepares special orders, icing and decorating cakes and pastries.
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and techniques.
- Design and create visually appealing presentations for cakes, pastries, and other confections.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production flow
Experience
- Previous experience as a Patisserie(ere) or in a similar role is preferred but not required; passion for pastry-making is essential.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and pastry styles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics in food presentation.
