ROOFING APPRENTICE SUPERVISOR

This position is ideal for a seasoned, well‑rounded roofing professional who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and enjoys working across a variety of exterior home renovation and restoration projects. The role combines hands‑on expertise with leadership responsibilities, including supporting sales efforts, demonstrating excellent customer service, as well as hands-on with emergency , warranty and service repair work.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Candidates must have a well‑rounded roofing skillset. Work may include:
- Sloped and flat roofing repairs
- Sheet metal flashing installation and repairs
- Carpentry and skylight repairs
- Eavestrough, soffit, fascia, and siding repairs
- Service, warranty, and emergency repair work
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Full‑time, Monday to Friday, during the peak roofing season (March–December).
- Adjusted/occasional work during winter months.
- Drive a company vehicle throughout the GTA on service, sales and repair projects.
- Work as a lead hand or as part of an established crew.
- Communicate with customers, present repair recommendations, and close smaller‑scope service/repair work.
- Work safely at heights using proper PPE.
- Use ladders confidently and safely to access job sites.
- Complete all assigned projects efficiently, professionally, and to company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven hands‑on experience in the roofing trade with the skills listed above.
- Current safety certifications: WAH, WHMIS, Health & Safety Awareness.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid G‑class driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Commitment to safe work practices on all job sites.
- Full compliance with company drug and alcohol policies.
