Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products and components according to company specifications and procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or storage.
- Perform basic equipment checks and assist with routine maintenance activities.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Accurately complete production records, logs, and documentation.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to balance physical tasks with office work.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus.
Bonuses:
- Annual Performance Bonus
- $50,000 bonus for referral of a Master Franchisee
- $25,000 bonus for referral of an Area Representative Ownership

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
