Role Description
We are looking for an experienced framer to join our crew for a commercial project in Langford. The work involves standing walls and building floor systems, so applicants must have strong framing experience and be able to work independently when needed.
This is a hands-on role on an active commercial site. We're looking for someone reliable, productive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Frame and stand walls for commercial structures
- Build and install floor systems
- Read layouts and work efficiently from plans when required
- Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials accurately
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow site safety standards and building code requirements
Requirements
- Proven framing experience (commercial framing preferred)
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong understanding of wall framing and floor systems
- Skilled with framing tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation to the Langford job site
- Physically capable of lifting materials and working on active construction sites
Pay
- $25 - $40/hr depending on experience and productivity
