Alforno Bakery & Cafe is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Pastry Cook to join its pastry team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about baking, organization, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The Night Pastry Cook works under the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef, aiming for consistent, high-calibre food presentation. This opportunity allows individuals to refine skills, be part of a growth-oriented team, and embrace a meticulous approach to culinary excellence.
Evening/Night Shift
Start time: 4:00 PM
Weekends and holidays required based on business needs
What are the duties to perform:

Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients

Demonstrated creativity in food

Sound knowledge of the preparation of baked goods and desserts

Operate commercial kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, and dough preparation equipment

Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas
