Family Wellness Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary Family Wellness Clinic in Markham.
This is a unique opportunity to work beyond traditional primary care and play an important role in clinical operations, patient care coordination, treatment planning, and preventive family healthcare. You will work closely with the Clinical Director and receive comprehensive training in our Family Wellness model.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Perform health and wellness assessments
- Provide patient education and follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support daily clinical operations and medical administration
- Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in developing preventive and family wellness programs
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Practitioner (Ontario)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interest in preventive healthcare and multidisciplinary practice
- Experience in primary care is an asset
Training will be provided for all clinic-specific programs and protocols.
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
