About Us:
Sky Padel is building a new padel community in Victoria, focused on creating a fun, professional, and welcoming environment for players of all levels. We are looking for a motivated padel coach who wants to help grow the sport, develop players, and build a strong local community around the court.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about padel, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow alongside a developing sports business.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Padel Coach to lead private lessons, group sessions, beginner clinics, and community events. The ideal candidate should be energetic, professional, reliable, and able to create a positive experience for players.
Since we are starting with one court, this role is ideal for a coach who is entrepreneurial and motivated to build their own client base while helping us grow the Padel community.
Responsibilities
- Lead private and group padel lessons for players of different levels.
- Run beginner clinics, social sessions, and community events.
- Help create a welcoming and professional environment for all players.
- Support the growth of the local padel community.
- Communicate clearly with players regarding bookings, schedules, and lesson structure.
- Help maintain the quality, organization, and presentation of the court environment.
- Represent Sky Padel in a professional and positive way.
Requirements
- Padel coaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Coaching certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of padel rules, technique, and training methods.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Reliable, professional, and organized.
- Comfortable working with beginners, intermediate players, and groups.
- Passionate about growing the sport of padel in Victoria.
- First Aid / CPR certification is an asset.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not only a good coach, but also someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a fun atmosphere, and helping grow a sports community. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, attract players, and become a key part of Sky Padel’s growth.
Compensation
This role will be based on a commission or revenue-share structure, with the opportunity to grow earnings as the player base grows. Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
