Previous experience in the roofing industry preferred
Knowledge of residential roofing practices and safety procedures
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work, including lifting materials and working at heights
Punctual and committed to producing quality workmanship
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset
Responsibilities:
Assist with the removal and installation of roofing materials
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
